Times is Running out for Homebuyer Tax Credits

Are you a first time homebuyer? If so, time is running out for you to qualify for the $8,000 first time homebuyer tax credit. The deadline is November 30, 2009!
The $8,000 tax credit is a credit offered to any first time homebuyer purchasing a home before November 30 of this year. A first time homebuyer is a buyer who has not owned a home in the last 3 years. If you have not, you are eligible for a 10% tax credit, up to $8,000! The government is giving you free money.

On Saturday, August 29, 2009, the College Colors Day Fanfest will be taking place at Smyrna Market Village.
