Wheeler High School is located in northeast Cobb County and is the high school for Circle 75 residents. Wheeler is a standard public school of the State of Georgia, accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and has been in operation since 1965. Lead by Principal David Chiprany, 81% of the 1,900 students attend college after graduation, making Wheeler one of the top ranked schools in the state of Georgia and the perfect place for students of Atlanta’s Circle 75 townhomes students to attend high school.

Have you seen all the parks around Smyrna? Chattahoochee Park, Terrell Mill Park, Tolleson Park and Jonquil Park are just a few that are located within 10 minutes from Circle 75 Townhomes. Be close to playgrounds, baseball fields, tennis courts, ponds or just a place to enjoy the outdoors when you live in one of these cobb county townhomes.
Also nearby are several places to access the Silver Comet Trail. This trail is over 61 miles, is free and runs thru Cobb, Cherokee and Paulding Counties. This is a great place to ride a bike, rollerblade, run or walk your dog. The Silver Comet Trail connects to the Chief Ladiga Trail at the Georgia/Alabama state line, and that trail continues for another 33 miles. On September 7, 2009, the 11th Rockmart Labor Day Bicycle & Rollerblade Event will be held, and on October 31, 2009, the Silver Comet 9th Annual Half Marathon. Save Money on Property Taxes in Cobb

Save over $1500 in property taxes by living in Cobb County vs. living in Atlanta!
In June, the Atlanta City Council passed a bill that will increase the property tax rate for general operations from 7.12 mills to 10.12 mills. Atlanta is one of the few big cities nationwide to raise property taxes this year. The mayor and city council site a shortage of police and fire fighters as the main reason to increase taxes. They want to bring more police officers & fire fighters back to work.
Cobb County will not be raising property taxes this year. Avoid overpaying your property taxes by buying a home at Circle 75, Townhomes in Atlanta, but in unincorporated Cobb County. Cobb County Commissioner, Sam Olens, stated that property taxes will “absolutely not” be raised about the current 9.60 mills. That means for every $1,000 in taxable property, you pay $9.60 annually.
