Circle 75 Sells its 75th Townhome!

By Circle 75

Jarenos at Circle 75 TownhomesLast month, Circle 75 sold its 75th townhome. This sale makes the community 75% sold! Julius and Cheche Jareño are the newest homeowners at Circle 75 Townhomes in Atlanta.

The Jareños recently moved to Atlanta from the Philippines. The young couple were not in the market to purchase a new home so close to their move and decided to rent a townhome at a nearby community. However, after hearing about the amazing deals at Circle 75, the Jareños decided to tour a model and were sold. They found nearly everything they were looking for at Circle 75’s Towns at Crescent Park community.

The Jareños wanted to be in a community with a pool rather then a stand-alone property.  Cheche particularly liked the brick exteriors and Julius preferred hardwood flooring found in the main living areas and the fact that carpet  was only in the bedrooms.  The couple also loved the maple cabinetry, which was a perfect complement to their furniture.

The quality of the building’s workmanship was evident to the Jareños. The couple chose the Avondale floorplan because they liked the separate dining space, the big kitchen island and the fireplace.  In addition, they loved the large master bedroom and  found the master bath splendid.

Most of all, the couple loved the location of their new home. The community is private and tucked away from the main road, but very close to the heart of the retail community on Cobb Parkway. They also loved the area’s proximity to Buckhead and downtown Atlanta, making their daily commute to work convenient.

“All of our friends and colleagues are very happy about our recent home purchase,” says Cheche. “They all look forward to visiting us and enjoying our new home as much as we already are.”

Congratulations to the Jareños! We are all very excited for you as well.
